Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment platforms. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit. Rescheduling is permitted based on availability, with at least 48 hours’ notice. 3. Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time, depending on the day’s schedule. 4. Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if you are experiencing any contagious conditions. 5. Travel & Parking: Travel and parking costs apply for both trial sessions and the actual wedding day at a rate of €0.25 per kilometer. 6. Early Start: An additional surcharge of €50 will be applied for makeup applications scheduled to begin before 8:00 AM. 7. Sundays & Public Holidays: An additional surcharge of €50 will be applied for makeup bookings on Sundays or public holidays. 8. Photography and Social Media: We love showcasing our work! By using our services, you consent to the use of photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. 9. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is essential to us.
